Cabinet of Oddities & Curiosities

10th February 2017

Emergency Exit Arts in association with Corelli College, invites the curiously minded to pay a visit to the marvellously extraordinary Cabinet of Oddities & Curiosities.

This is our new Creative Learning programme which is currently touring to primary schools in Greenwich and this coming half term it will also be appearing at Greenwich Heritage Centre, National Maritime Museum and Charlton House.

Come and marvel at the odd, the unique and the strange. As part of your visit meet the Collectors, the keepers of objects and the fanatical seekers of the unusual. Over the years, the Collectors have travelled the planet to seek out the most intriguing and unique objects the world has to offer, from sharks teeth to time traveling pocket watches. These oddities are the placed into the Cabinet (an interactive installation) and they’re here to inspire your curiosity and spark your imagination.

Families will be able to explore the cabinet, listen to the objects come alive through the magic of wireless headphones, and also make their own take-away oddities.

This is a free drop in experience for ages 4 and up and no booking is required.
