Ruthie’s primary background is in creative organisations and cultural research, with ten years of arts administration experience and a Masters in Cultural & Creative Industries under her belt. Ruthie has clerically supported companies such as the Royal Academy of Arts, Canterbury Festival, Cultural Co-operation, Vayu Naidu Company and Pan Macmillan. Don’t be fooled by her skills with MS Office however, as she is an avid storyteller, DJ and cabaret performer.

Ruthie first encountered EEA’s work when the Fire Bird from our Mechanical Menagerie chased her around the Theatre Field at Glastonbury Festival. As the Office Manager, Ruthie deals with our monitoring, audience development and compliance. Providing crucial information to clients and funders while supporting the team to bring exciting outdoor arts experiences to new audiences.
